Reflecting on 2025: Growth With Purpose
This year marked an important chapter for MeiRai with the addition of Kellie Trenkle, our Marketing and Spa Manager. Kellie has played a key role in refreshing our brand, revamping our website, and working closely with our Medical Director to clearly define our core philosophy the MeiRai Trifecta.
This approach centers on medical-grade skincare with retinol, biostimulators, and laser resurfacing. Each forms the foundation for long-term skin preservation, restoration, and facial structure support.
Advanced Training That Elevates Patient Outcomes
Our commitment to excellence means never standing still.
Throughout 2025, our providers and team invested heavily in advanced education. The goal is to remain at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
This included attendance at the Multi-Specialty Aesthetics Conference (LA-MCA) in Beverly Hills, the Sciton “Skin CRO Boosted” seminar in Los Angeles, and a specialized training in Washington with Dr. Ahn, the founder of Agnes RF, where our team learned the latest techniques directly from the inventor.
We also hosted an in-office Galderma training. This led to the refinement of our expertise in advanced neuromodulators, Sculptra biostimulation, and sophisticated filler facial balancing techniques. Such investments ensure that every treatment we offer is grounded in safety, precision, and proven outcomes.
Technologies Redefining Results
Two standout technologies have truly transformed patient results in 2025.
The Sciton Joule platform, featuring erbium YAG laser resurfacing and BBL, allows for highly customized treatments. These can dramatically improve skin texture, tone, and radiance. Results have been so impressive that referrals are now coming not only from delighted patients but also from dermatologists throughout the region. With laser season running from October through March, this is the ideal time to plan your treatment while minimizing sun exposure.
The Agnes RF system has also been a game-changer for facial sculpting. The procedure effectively tightens and contours challenging areas such as the lower face, jawline, and cheeks areas few treatments address so comfortably and precisely delivering natural-looking definition with minimal downtime.
Expanding Our Offerings for Elevated Care
In 2025, we further enhanced our services with Noon Aesthetics medical-grade skincare, the HydraFacial Syndeo, SkinPen Precision Elite, Exion Fractional RF, advanced exosome therapies, PDGF Ariessence for accelerated healing, and the indulgent yet clinically powerful Skin Drench Luxury Facial. Each addition reflects our commitment to pairing innovation with thoughtful, patient-centered care.
Celebrating Our Team
This year also brought meaningful changes within our MeiRai family.
We extend heartfelt thanks and best wishes to Anna, our beloved aesthetician who began a new chapter in Missouri, and to Nurse Payton, who concluded her time with us as she prepares for marriage and starting a family.
We are grateful to Nurse Toni, who joined us from the ENT practice during our transition period, and we are thrilled to welcome new members who have already enriched our team: Alyssa Fox, Sarah Erickson, our advanced aesthetician, and Brandi Marshall, our talented wax specialist and lash and brow artist. Their expertise and warmth reflect the standard of care our patients expect and deserve.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we move into 2026, we are excited to introduce new
innovations, including the Mermaid Facial featuring PDRN for powerful rejuvenation.
We will also be expanding our wellness division with Emsella, complementing EmSculpt and our core-to-floor protocols, and incorporating advanced peptide therapies for medically supervised weight management and beyond. Additional offerings are already in development, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
