As Medical Director of MeiRai Medical Aesthetics, I want to personally thank you for your trust and loyalty throughout 2025. It has been a privilege to care for you, and your confidence continues to drive our team forward.
Reflecting on 2025
This year we welcomed Kellie Trenkle as our Marketing and Spa Manager. Kellie has been instrumental in refreshing our brand revamping our website and partnering with me to clearly define our core philosophy: the “Trifecta” of medical-grade skincare with retinol, biostimulators, and laser resurfacing as the foundation for long-term preservation and restoration of beautiful skin and facial structure.
Nikki and I and the team remain dedicated to staying at the forefront of aesthetics through ongoing advanced training. I attended the Multi-Specialty Aesthetics Conference (LA-MCA) in Beverly Hills and the Sciton “Skin CRO Boosted” seminar in Los Angeles. Our team also traveled to Washington for a specialized seminar with Agnes RF founder Dr. Ahn from Korea, learning the latest techniques directly from the inventor, and we hosted an in-office Galderma training to master the most advanced neuromodulator, Sculptra biostimulator, and filler facial balancing methods.
These investments have powered two standout technologies transforming patient outcomes:
The Sciton Joule platform with erbium YAG laser and BBL delivers exceptional, customized skin resurfacing dramatically improving texture, tone, and radiance. Results have been so impressive that we’re receiving referrals not only from thrilled patients but also from dermatologists throughout our area. The Agnes RF for facial sculpting comfortably tightens and contours the lower face, jawline, and cheeks challenging areas few treatments address so effectively with minimal downtime and beautifully natural, defined results.
We’ve further elevated care with Noon Aesthetics medical-grade skincare, the new HydraFacial Syndeo and SkinPen Precision Elite, Exion Fractional RF, exosomes, and PDGF Ariessence for faster healing, plus the indulgent yet clinically powerful Skin Drench Luxury Facial.
It was a year of good-byes (and happy hellos) for our team. We extend heartfelt thanks and best wishes to our beloved aesthetician Anna who began her new chapter in Missouri in November, and to Nurse Payton who wrapped up her time with us this month as she prepares for marriage and starts her family this coming spring. We have really enjoyed having Nurse Toni from the ENT practice on the spa squad she filled Anna’s shoes during our recruitment transition, and finally, we cannot express how thrilled we are to welcome aesthetician Alyssa Fox and Sarah Erickson, our talented new advanced aesthetician, and wax specialist and lash/brow artist Brandi Marshall, whose expertise and warmth have already enriched our team.
Looking forward to 2026
In 2026, we’re excited to launch the Mermaid Facial featuring PDRN for powerful rejuvenation, expand our wellness division with Emsella to complement EmSculpt and core-to-floor protocols, and incorporate advanced peptide therapies for medically supervised weight management and beyond. We have other plans in the works, and look forward to rolling those out.
