A Special Note
M Beauty has no joining or annual fees, and you may cancel at any time.
To enroll in M Beauty, your card will be charged for the month in which you enroll. Your benefits and perks will begin immediately!
Subsequent months will be charged on the 1st of each month or the next business day thereafter.
Each membership tier includes services that you can receive monthly at no additional cost beyond your monthly membership fee. As part of your membership, you have the opportunity to receive or “cash in” your monthly service, either by upgrading your service or purchasing products. If you choose the “cash in” option, your monthly payment will be subtracted from the cost of the upgrade or products.
By signing up for a membership, we expect that you will utilize your services monthly. However, if you can’t come in for a period of time, you may roll over your monthly service or bank your membership monies for a time period of up to 90 days from the date you were charged.
With active membership, you may use your services or redeem your credits for products and services within the 90-day limit.
You also have the option to freeze your membership once every 12 months.

You may cancel your membership any time with a written notice at least 30 days in advance of your next payment. Please email a notification of your cancellation to spa@meirai.com.
Immediately upon cancellation you will no longer have special pricing or other member benefits.
If you cancel, you will be ineligible to rejoin for a minimum of 12 months.
If you cancel after active membership for more than 3 regular billing cycles, you may still use your membership credits for any treatment or product at the non-member price.
Cancellation without a thirty day written notice and before the completion of 3 regular billing cycles will result in the forfeiture of any unused membership credits.
Can I freeze my membership?

You are able to roll over your monthly complimentary services for a time period of up to 90 days from the date you were charged.
Membership fees may also be banked for up to 90 days from the time you were charged. With active membership, and within the 90 day allotted limit, your fees may be redeemed at monetary value for products and services at member pricing.
