M Beauty has no joining or annual fee and you may cancel anytime.

To enroll in M Beauty your card will be charged for the month within which you enroll. Your benefits and perks will begin immediately!

Subsequent months will be charged on the 1st of each month or the next business day after the 1st.

Each membership tier has services that you can receive monthly at no additional cost beyond your monthly membership. As part of your membership you have the opportunity to receive or “cash in” your monthly service, either by upgrading your service or purchasing products. If you choose the “cash in” option your monthly payment will be subtracted from the cost of the upgrade or products.

By signing up for a membership we expect that you will utilize your services monthly. However, if you can’t come in for a period of time you may roll over your monthly service or bank your membership monies for a time period of up to 90 days from the date you were charged.

With active membership, and within the 90 day limit, you may either use your services, or redeem your credits for products and services.

You also have the option to freeze your membership once in every 12 month period.

Is there an enrollment or annual fee?

No, there is no annual fee or membership fee to join. To start your program we will charge your first month’s payment.

How do I make payments?

To enroll in the program you will need to provide a credit or debit card that will be kept securely on file and charged the 1st of every month, or within the next business day after the 1st.

How long is the program?

Your membership renews automatically each month.

What if I want to cancel?

You may cancel your membership any time with a written notice at least 30 days in advance of your next payment. Please email a notification of your cancellation to spa@meirai.com.

Immediately upon cancellation you will no longer have special pricing or other member benefits.

If you cancel, you will be ineligible to rejoin for a minimum of 12 months.

If you cancel after active membership for more than 3 regular billing cycles, you may still use your membership credits for any treatment or product at the non-member price.

Cancellation without a thirty day written notice and before the completion of 3 regular billing cycles will result in the forfeiture of any unused membership credits.

Can I freeze my membership?

After you have completed one complete billing cycle you are eligible to freeze your membership. Memberships can be frozen only once during each twelve month period of active membership. The freeze period can be for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of three months. All member benefits and accrued fees and services will be unavailable during the freeze period.

Am I able to share my membership?

Memberships are non-transferable. Only members may use their monthly services and other benefits.

Do I need to use my membership services each month?

You are able to roll over your monthly complimentary services for a time period of up to 90 days from the date you were charged.

Membership fees may also be banked for up to 90 days from the time you were charged. With active membership, and within the 90 day allotted limit, your fees may be redeemed at monetary value for products and services at member pricing.

Can I upgrade or change my monthly membership service?

As part of your membership you have the opportunity to receive or “cash in” your monthly service, either by upgrading your service or purchasing products. If you choose this option your monthly fee will be subtracted from the cost of the upgrade or products.

What laser hair removal and wax services am I able to receive with my memberships?

With your membership you are able to secure regular laser hair removal and waxing at an exceptional value. MeiRai staff will work with you to create a custom plan that allows for various combinations of large/medium/small areas to be treated monthly through your membership services options.
